FAST AND EFFICIENT SHIPMENT!
All XTREME products are shipped on the first available business day following payment receipt and verification.
In most cases orders are shipped same day or the following morning dependant on common carrier schedules.  Shipments go out M-F at 9am- 1pm CST via UPS or USPS.  If payment is received on the weekend or a holiday your item will ship the next available business day. Only items which are in stock and ready to ship are listed. Any delay in shipment would be due to payment verification issues.  We issue tracking or delivery confirmation numbers for all shipments.
Your item will arrive in a factory sealed carton.  Any damage to the factory carton should be documented and immediately reported to the carrier upon receipt.
This product includes FREE shipping and handling.  All of our products are inspected thoroughly numerous times during the manufacturing process and their respective packaging receives a final inspection for quality and integrity prior to final shipment.
We are unable to offer pickup service.  In the interest of providing our customers with the highest level of logistics efficiency we do not currently ship to Canada or countries and locations other than the  United States.
Shipping and handling within the United Sates are FREE with purchase.

XTREME strives to ensure your satisfaction and will work with you to ensure a positive experience.  In the unlikely event you should receive a damaged product please email us immediately.
XTREME offers a full 15 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Each item is inspected at the factory prior to shipping and meets or exceeds specifications provided.  Consequently a full 1-year warranty is provided.
You may return your item purchased from XTREME within
30 days from initial shipment
for an exchange or credit. All products returned must be unused/uninstalled in original boxes and packaging, have original UPC codes on the products, all manuals intact, and documentation provided in the package shipment.  Return freight and original freight based on shipped records are the responsibility of the purchaser.
1 YEAR WARRANTY
Your XTREME product comes with a limited factory warranty.  Each item is inspected at the factory prior to shipping and meets or exceeds specifications provided.  After the 30 day guarantee your purchase falls under the 1 year parts replacement warranty.
Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship only. Warranty does not cover cables, fairlead, knobs, steel hook or other external parts.  Warranty is void if product is not properly maintained or is damaged due to operator error or neglect.
All presumed defective parts must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and be returned for inspection before a replacement part is sent. Any returned package without an RMA# will be refused. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Purchaser agrees to comply with all applicable laws governing the use of the product, and to observe all appropriate safety precautions, and operating the  product safely and under safe conditions.
Purchaser fully accepts and assumes responsibility for all such risks, losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of the use of the product, whether by purchaser or anyone using the product with or without purchaser's permission.
Your purchase of the product shall constitute your release and indemnity in favor of XTREME and/or  it’s parent company, its shareholders, officers, directors and employees from any and all claims or injuries of every kind resulting from use or operation of the product, including costs and fees incurred in connection therewith.
