Vintage silk fan
in a rectangular wood shadow box frame behind glass.
Wire on the backside for easy hang.
The fan looks to be silk. With black lacquered wood frame and gold decorations
The fan is of aqua blue turquoise tone with a hand painted Geisha oriental scene
The fan is in excellent condition.
The wood frame is gilded – and it is 3” thick- there a few scuffs showing the red base color
There is glass in the front
The show box is 23 3/8” wide x 16 ½” tall and 3” deep and weighs 5 ¾ lbs.
It is in great vintage condition- no chips or cracks on the glass or wood. It has appropriate wear-scuffs for its age. Please view and zoom on all pictures as they are part of the description.
