Vintage Pleated Paper Hand Fan
Folding Paper w/ Metal Handle
Bird and Floral Design
5 1/2" in length when in closed position
Approx. 9 1/2"  side to side when open
Tiny dent in the first pleat next to handle on the side with the trademark, very minor surface rust on back circle (but I try to mention anything out of the ordinary that I see)
Manufactured by Shanghai Arts & Crafts in the
People's Republic of China
