Vintage Chinese Airline CAAC Hand Fan, Bamboo Signed Back Stamped Airline

Vintage Chinese Airline CAAC Hand Fan.
Bamboo.  Signed by Artist (lower right side)
Back Stamped with Airline Wings and CAAC in blue.
Not sure what writing on top of fan says (sorry i I can't read Chinese).
Approximately 15" wide (when open and at widest point)
Approximately 9 1/2" h and 1 1/4" wide (when folded)
Fan is in nice condition showing only some age appropriate discoloration.  No rips, tears and/or repairs that i have noticed
