Vintage 1950 Hand-Painted Paper Fan w/ Bamboo Slats 8.5" Chinese Scene

Vintage Painted Paper Fan with wood (bamboo) slats and a hand-painted Chinese scene. This fragile fan is beautiful when unfolded.
When folded, the fan measures approximately 8.5 inches long
We do not know the exact date, nor the place of manufacture, as it was in a drawer in a 117 year old home we purchased a few years ago. We do know the previous owners purchased the house around 1951 and this appears to be from around that time. We are assuming they had this fan when they moved into the house, so we're calling it 1950 vintage. We believe it was made in the Republic of China (Taiwan) in the years following the end of World War II, but we could be wrong.

Condition
is Good, Used. This is beginning to show its age - the paper is a bit brittle and is beginning to crack at some of the folds. One 9f the bamboo slats is broken. See the last photo included with this post for a view of this issue.
