Decorative wall art.  Beautiful Chinese hand painted fan on gold back ground with black lacquer frame.  60in (5ft) wide x 40in high.. Condition is New.  Purchased new 20 years ago, stored and never used. Note: reflection of flash in first picture shows as white spot on black frame.
