Cargill Advert Ornate China Gold Metal Filagree Fan Pewter Base Wood Inserts

Stunning fan, which appears to be an award for a Cargill employee.  The fan is heavy and not meant to fold.  There are mask depictions throughout.  Fan is in good condition and it is vibrant.  Measures 7.5 x 12 inches.  The base is heavy and has some dings.  I believe the metal is pewter.  Base measures approx. 6.25 x 2.25 x 3 inches tall.  Please review the pictures closely.
