    Equation Table
The charts in this book tabulate dimension information in feet and inches for
all the popular antenna configurations. These charts have been subdivided in such a manner that an antenna can be
dimensioned for a specific frequency range according to license class and mode of operation (cw, phone, or ssb). Dimensions can be obtained for a specific band and application, very quickly, without making any calculations. The dimensions have been developed from standard and accepted classic equations, although several equations were worked out experimentally by the author.
The charts contain fourteen main categories as shown in the Contents. Each category comprises eight to eleven individual charts. Each chart, in turn is subdivided into bands and specific frequencies according to mode of operation (phone or cw) and frequency spectrum assigned to specific license grades (novice, technician, general, advanced, and extra).
In each category dimensions are given based on the band-center frequency, center of the cw spectrum, and center of the phone spectrum. Dimensions are also given for optimum operation in the novice bands or the various segments assigned specifically to those operators with advanced or extra license grades. This information is first given in a group comprising the 15-, 20-, 40-, and 80-meter bands. Because of differing frequency assignments and popular operating procedures, individual charts are given for the 2-, 6-, 10- and 160-meter bands.
A separate chart in each category tabulates the Citizens band dimensions.
Perfect for those who build antennas - Ham Radio or CB.
